I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the traditional hotel in Gaziantep's Old Town. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, making me feel comfortable and assisting me in discovering the area. The location of the hotel was convenient, with attractions like Bakırcılar Çarşısı, Bayaz Han, and Saklı Bahçe within walking distance. The hotel's beautiful decor perfectly portrayed the culture of Gaziantep. The clean rooms were a delight and the value for money was excellent.
Nothing to fault.

Top location in the old Bey Han. Beautiful building with historic cellar for breakfast. Rooms are good size, excellent bedding, amenities are ok. Prayer rug provided in room.
Cheap rendition of à boutique hotel. Beds are on the small size, cheap materials used in THE bathroom.

Hotel staff was really helpful and kind. You just tell them your problem and they solve it...Location is central and decoration of the hotel is very nice and authentic. The rooms were big and clean.
It is located in an historical area where the streets are not for cars. I spent 1 hours around the hotel to find it despite my navigation system. It is better to call before and leave it at the car park or at Velic hotel on the main street which is their sister hotel. Once you know how to park, it is also not bad the location...

The location was perfect, situated in the old town area where you can see charming stone houses high on the hill. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with useful amenities and a strong wifi connection. And the breakfast included fresh omelets, a delicious way to start the day.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

The room was high,at the top of the hotel. The staff were very helpful once we were there.
The reception can be warned about not selling the room to another customer while there is a booking from your site. The person on reception said that Booked.net couldn't see if there was a vacant room or not, raising the question that he was manipulating the customers.Apart from that they were really nice and helpful.

This hotel is in an older but attractive neighborhood with stone houses. Even though it is difficult to reach by taxi, it is in a great location in the old town area. We enjoyed a nice dinner at a nearby restaurant where we were treated warmly. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Location and ambiance of the hotel was excellent. Hotel staff was very helpful. They let us enter the room early in the morning and we left our luggages at the hotel after check-out.
Breakfast was very rich but there wasn't any local taste. There could be a coffee machine. Nescafe gold and hot water was disappointing. Place of the water heater at the bathroom was dangerously wrong.

Zenyip Hanim is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is a renovated gem inside the old, former Armenian quarter of Gaziantep. It has atmosphere, comfort, and excellent service. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and quiet and very clean. It books at very good value too. I highly recommend this hotel on all accounts.
Though all the staff were friendly and helpful, only a few were fluent or even very good in English. I myself know some Turkish, so this was not a problem for me. But if this matters to you, this is the only "negative" thing I can think to say about this hotel.

Zeynep Hanim Konagi is located in the charming and quiet old town area, high on a hill, with stunning views of the surrounding stone houses. The hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable dormitory-style rooms and good showers. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are provided for. Additionally, the breakfast included is a wonderful bonus.
The only minor downside was the dry air caused by the air conditioner.

Cosy, clean boutique hotel in historical area of Gaziantep.
Limited dining possibilities, no bar.
